I. Intelligence — opening movement

The intelligence of living nature.

We read your landscape from space and the root zone, and turn it into one decision for every plant — water stress, disease and salinity caught 5 to 7 days before they show. Independent by design — of your contractor, your controller, your guesswork. No sensors to install to begin; we add ground-truth only where it pays.

For the people who answer for the landscape — estate & property managers, FM directors, general managers.

§ Pilots are conducted under NDA. Outcomes are reported at day 60.

II. The Stakes

Premium landscapes operate at the edge of viability — every summer.

Surface temperature, tariff trajectory, and the living assets they threaten — fine turf, specimen trees, signature grounds — combine into one fact: a small operational miss becomes a six-figure consequence within a single irrigation cycle.

60°C

Surface temperature, peak summer

UAE summer surface readings push amenity plants into critical zones within 72 to 96 hours of any irrigation deficit. The window in which a problem can be solved cheaply is short, and it closes in silence.

AED 200800K

Annual replacement cost · per property

Mature plantings cannot be replaced quickly: specimen lead times in the UAE run six to eighteen months. Replacement is not a budget line — it is an admission of preventable failure.

3050%

Water wasted · premium landscape segment

Conventional schedules consume between thirty and fifty per cent more water than the plants require — at precisely the moment the DEWA tariff schedule continues its 2025 to 2027 ascent.

And through all of it, the owner holds no independent record — only the contractor's word.

A landscape is a biological asset. Prime Oasis keeps it auditable and verifiable — a continuous, independent record of what each plant received, what it required, and whether each intervention worked. The same record that settles a warranty dispute stands up in an IAS 41 audit.

III. The Platform

A plant intelligence layer — signal before symptom.

We start from satellite — no hardware on your side — and add ground sensors, drone and acoustic only where they pay. A patent-pending fusion turns it all into plain operational guidance — when to water, where, and how much — calibrated for UAE conditions. Every tree is located, counted and scored — an auditable, independently-verifiable living inventory, not a one-time survey; cloud-proof coverage means each report reads the whole property, every cycle.

№ 01 · Featured capability

Patent-pending
fusion layer.

Proprietary methodology, calibrated for UAE climate and amenity-grade species. Turns raw spectral and in-ground signal into a five-to-seven-day early warning of water stress, disease signatures, and salinity creep — without exposing the means.

№ 02 · NDVI

Multi-source satellite intelligence.

Fused spectral and thermal signals at parcel scale, refreshed on a working cadence.

№ 03

Ground, drone & acoustic depth.

Added only where it pays: research-grade soil telemetry, drone imaging, and acoustic detection of concealed pests.

№ 04

Compliance-ready reporting.

Dubai 2040, sustainability disclosures, operator-grade dashboards — exported when required.

IV. Applied To

The trees you cannot replace — and the landscapes they live in.

Stakes, regulators and economics differ. So does the deployment. One concern runs through all of them: the irreplaceable specimen.

Featured · Palm & specimen protection

The threat to a mature palm is on the inside.

Concealed pest, internal decay and slow decline work where the eye cannot reach — until the crown collapses and the tree is past saving. Signal before symptom, specimen by specimen, on the trees that cannot be bought back.

01 Date palm farms

Plantations, read palm by palm.

Red palm weevil and decline work from the inside, tree by tree. Satellite, drone and acoustic fused into one read for every palm — weeks before the crown shows it. And every palm counted and valued as an auditable, verifiable living asset (IAS 41) — for estates and agricultural funds, some 2,000 trees stand for roughly $1M of biological assets on the register.

V. In Pilot

Operating on signature properties — methodology held confidential.

Prime Oasis AI is in pilot on landmark Dubai properties, with early outcomes referenced under non-disclosure agreement. Our underlying methodology is patent-pending and is not publicly disclosed.

What is disclosed is the outcome: signal before symptom, five to seven days of operational lead, and a measurable change in water trajectory.

FAQ

Questions operators ask before the first survey.

What does Prime Oasis actually deliver?

A five to seven day forecast of water stress, disease signatures and salinity damage — before the symptoms are visible on the plant. It is an intelligence layer that turns measurement into an operational decision, resolved zone by zone.

Are you a landscaping contractor or a sensor vendor?

Neither. Prime Oasis does not install irrigation, does not manufacture instruments and does not sell treatment. It monitors independently, which is precisely what makes the record usable as evidence.

What does it cost?

Light tier from AED 4,000 per month per property for a single villa or estate. Premium tier from AED 12,000 per month for a championship course, branded residence community or five-star resort. Enterprise from AED 40,000 per month plus setup, scoped per programme.

Is there a pilot, and what does it cost?

Pilots run at no equipment cost. Engagement begins after a site survey, so the scope is agreed against the actual property rather than a template.

Will you disclose the technology behind it?

Outcomes are disclosed and quantified; the means are not. The methodology — instruments, indices, fusion logic, calibration values and thresholds — is patent-pending and held confidential.

Does this replace our agronomist?

No. It augments field judgement rather than replacing it: the platform surfaces what is not yet visible, and the agronomist decides what to do about it.
